When new Niche marketers come into the marketing arena they assume that the people they will be selling to are marketers too. This is the wrong way to think of your business.

Your main goal should be reaching out to people who want and need your service/product. Let me try to give you an example.
Joe Doe has an idea for the self improvement niche. He sets up a site with his product/service and then starts looking for traffic and finds that there are plenty of other marketers that want to sell his product so he sells the rights to that product and before you know it the idea is dead because everyone else is now selling what was his idea from the beginning.
